Do you provide a tenant with a monthly rental invoice?
Yes. BLOX Commercial issues monthly rental invoices to all tenants on behalf of the property owner. Each invoice details the base rent, any outgoings contributions, and GST applicable under the lease terms. Invoices are issued prior to the due date set out in the lease so tenants always have adequate notice.
We also provide landlords with a monthly statement showing rent collected, disbursements made, and any outstanding amounts. All financial reporting is available on request.
