How much does commercial property management cost in Sydney?
BLOX charges 5% of all monies collected. On a net lease, that fee is recoverable from outgoings, which means the tenant pays it in most commercial structures, not the landlord. NSW standard letting fee is 12% of gross annual rent. Industry-standard inspection and reporting are included in the management fee.
Is the management fee recoverable from the tenant?

Outgoings and reconciliation
When does the outgoings reconciliation need to be done in NSW?
